These Prize Draw Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all prize draws operated by Cool Prizes, a trading name of Moss Hills Ltd (the "Promoter", "we", "us", "our"). By entering any prize draw promoted by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require proof of age, identity, and residency.
3. Prize Draw Description
3.1 Cool Prizes operates weekly and/or monthly prize draws.
3.2 Each prize draw will be clearly described on the relevant competition page, including:
The prize(s) available
Entry opening and closing dates
Entry price (where applicable)
Draw date
3.3 Prize types may vary and can include, but are not limited to, cash prizes, technology products, lifestyle items, or other goods.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Paid Entry
4.1.1 Paid entry is available via the Cool Prizes website.
4.1.2 Entry prices start from £1.00 per entry, as stated on the relevant prize draw page.
4.1.3 Multiple paid entries may be permitted unless otherwise stated on the competition page.
4.1.4 Payment must be successfully completed before the closing date to be counted as a valid entry.
4.2 Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
4.2.1 You may enter any prize draw for free by sending a postal entry.
4.2.2 To enter for free, send an unenclosed postcard or letter with the following information clearly written:

3: Contact telephone number
4: The name of the prize draw you are entering

4.2.3 Postal entries must be received before the stated closing date of the relevant prize draw.
4.2.4 One entry per postcard or letter.
4.2.5 Free postal entries are treated equally to paid entries and offer the same chance of winning per entry.
5. Entry Conditions
5.1 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, lost, damaged, or otherwise invalid will not be accepted.
5.2 Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
5.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, postal delays, or any other reason.
6. Closing Dates & Draw Dates
6.1 Each prize draw will have a clearly stated closing date and draw date, published on the relevant competition page.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend or amend draw dates where reasonably necessary, with notice provided on the website.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received, including paid and free postal entries.
7.2 The draw will be conducted using a random selection method.
7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
8.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry, typically within 7 days of the draw date.
8.2 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
9. Prizes
9.1 Prize details will be stated on the relevant prize draw page.
9.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless expressly stated.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
9.4 Delivery times may vary depending on prize type and availability.
9A. Minimum Entry Threshold & Reduced Prize
9A.1 Each prize draw operated by Cool Prizes is subject to a minimum level of participation.
9A.2 If, by the stated closing date and time of a prize draw, fewer than 60% of the maximum available entries for that prize draw have been allocated, the Promoter reserves the right to award a reduced cash prize instead of the advertised prize.
9A.3 The reduced cash prize will be equal to 50% of the total value of paid entries actually received for that prize draw, rounded down to the nearest £1.
9A.4 Where a reduced cash prize is awarded, the Winner will still be selected in the usual way from all valid entries, including paid entries and free postal entries, each of which has the same chance per entry of winning.
9A.5 This minimum entry threshold and the potential reduced prize outcome will be clearly stated on the relevant prize draw page before entry.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
10.1 Paid entries are non-refundable except where the prize draw is cancelled.
10.2 In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to paid entrants where required by law.
11. Publicity
11.1 By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name and county for transparency purposes, unless the winner requests otherwise.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12.2 Personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting winners.
13. General
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate the prize draw.
13.2 These prize draws are not lotteries and are operated in compliance with UK law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
