Overview

Cool Prizes operates prize draws and competitions. By entering any prize draw, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an entry into a prize draw, not a physical product at the point of purchase.

This policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.

Prize Draw Entries

Paid Entries

  • All paid prize draw entries are non-refundable once successfully submitted.

  • This includes entries purchased individually or as part of a bundle or subscription.

  • Once an entry has been allocated to a prize draw, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

This is in accordance with UK consumer law relating to services that are time-sensitive and fully performed upon entry.

Free Postal Entries

  • Free postal entries are free of charge (excluding postage costs).

  • No refunds apply to free postal entries.

Cancellation of a Prize Draw

If Cool Prizes cancels a prize draw entirely before a winner is selected:

  • Paid entrants may be offered:

    • A refund of the entry price or

    • Entry credit for a future prize draw

The method of resolution will be communicated clearly to affected entrants.

Prizes

Physical Prizes

  • Prizes are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • If a prize arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order or entry reference

    • A description of the issue

    • Photographic evidence where possible

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or alternative resolution.

Cash Prizes

  • Cash prizes are paid as advertised.

  • Once a cash prize has been paid, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you have purchased a subscription that includes prize draw entries:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once entries have been issued.

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges, in accordance with our Subscription Terms.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback raised after an entry has been validly submitted may result in:

    • The entry being voided

    • Any associated winnings being forfeited

    • Suspension or closure of the customer account
