Welcome to Cool Prizes.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Cool Prizes, a trading name of Moss Hills Ltd (the “Promoter”).
Cool Prizes operates this website, https://coolprizes.co.uk (the “Website”), and provides access to prize draws, related content, customer accounts, subscriptions, and entry services (together, the “Services”).
Cool Prizes is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to deliver the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, set out the legal terms governing your use of the Services.
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or entering any prize draw on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS & ACCOUNTS
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident to use the Services or enter any prize draw.
1.2 To access certain features (including prize draw entry, subscriptions, and account history), you may be required to create a customer account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account.
1.4 You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit any third party to use your account.
SECTION 2 – NATURE OF THE SERVICES (PRIZE DRAWS)
2.1 Cool Prizes provides prize draws, not traditional retail goods.
2.2 Any payment made on the Website is for entry into a prize draw, not the purchase of a physical product.
2.3 Full rules for prize draws, including eligibility, entry methods (paid and free postal), winner selection, prizes, and cancellations, are set out in the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions, which form part of these Terms.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS & ENTRIES
3.1 When you submit payment, you are requesting entry into a prize draw. Entry is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and recorded.
3.2 Paid entries are non-refundable, except where a prize draw is cancelled, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3.3 Free postal entry is available for all eligible prize draws and is governed by the Free Postal Entry Instructions.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse, void, or disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms or the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING
4.1 Entry prices are displayed on the relevant prize draw page and may change at any time prior to entry.
4.2 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.3 You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES
5.1 Delivery or fulfilment of prizes is subject to the specific prize description and the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Cool Prizes and is protected by UK intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Cool Prizes is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for the Services.
However, any prize draw entry or transaction is made solely between you and Cool Prizes.
Shopify is not responsible for prize draws, entries, prizes, or disputes.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims relating to your use of the Services.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10.2 By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
SECTION 11 – USER FEEDBACK
11.1 If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for operational and promotional purposes.
